The Experience
Slide behind the wheel of the 2023 BMW I7 in Satin grey and feel 536 horsepower respond instantly to your right foot. The Electric (300 mile range) glides this serene machine from zero to sixty in just 4.5 seconds, channeling power through a 8-speed automatic to the rear wheels with effortless precision. At full tilt, the I7 reaches a commanding top speed of 150 mph — a number that exists not because you will use it on public roads, but because knowing it is there changes the way you feel about every mile per hour below it.
The world outside fades to a whisper as the cabin envelops you in handcrafted refinement. Every surface, every sound, every sensation has been orchestrated to deliver absolute tranquility at any speed. With seating for 5, the BMW I7 offers generous space for passengers to share in the experience. From the moment the engine fires to the moment you reluctantly hand back the keys, the I7 delivers an experience that transcends ordinary driving and enters the realm of the extraordinary.
Where to Drive It
Cruise the West Side Highway at sunset with the Hudson River glowing amber on your left. Pull up to Cipriani on 42nd Street and let the valet take the keys. Take the Long Island Expressway past Riverhead and follow Montauk Highway through Southampton, Water Mill, and Bridgehampton to your weekend house. The I7 commands attention at The Polo Bar on East 55th, at Le Coucou on Lafayette, and at Topping Rose House when you arrive in the Hamptons. Glide through Central Park West on a Saturday evening, park outside Carbone for a red-sauce dinner in the Village, or let the Taconic State Parkway unspool beneath you on a fall drive through the Hudson Valley.
