You can book online through our website by visiting the booking page, or contact us directly by phone at (212) 555-1234 or email. We recommend booking at least 48 hours in advance, though we accommodate last-minute requests when possible.

What is the cancellation policy?

Cancellations made more than 48 hours before the rental start receive a full refund. Cancellations within 48 hours are subject to a one-day rental fee. No-shows forfeit the full rental amount. We understand plans change — contact us and we will always try to work with you.

What are the age requirements?

The minimum age is 25 years old for most vehicles. Drivers aged 21-24 may rent select vehicles (such as the Porsche 911 and BMW M4) with an additional young driver surcharge of $50/day.

What insurance do I need?

Full coverage auto insurance is required for all rentals. Your policy must include comprehensive and collision coverage with a minimum of $100,000 in liability. We can also arrange supplemental coverage through our insurance partners.

What is the mileage limit?

Each vehicle has a standard daily mileage allowance (typically 100-200 miles depending on the vehicle). You can upgrade to an Extra 200mi/day package ($100/day) or Unlimited mileage ($200/day) during booking.

We accept all major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express). A valid credit card (not debit) is required for the security deposit hold. Wire transfers are accepted for bookings over $5,000.
